GUARANTEE POLICY
All sales are final. However, we do have a guarantee policy. Ninersdogs is so confident in the quality of our picks that we will offer any season package subscriber a free subscription of equal value in the event that the subscriber does not finish with a winning record. This offer does not apply to daily packages as winning records are made over time and we encourage an investment based approach.
The guarantee will be honored based on the lines posted on our daily picks page. The standard -110 juice will be taken into account when determining a winning record which is defined by a positive net unit gain. A winning record will not take into account the amount you wager per game nor will it take into account the subscription package value.
If you feel that we have not turned a winning record, simply go to our contact us page and email us the details of your package and how many units you are down. We will verify your records against our records and if you are correct, details of your free subscription of equal value will be emailed to you.
